2. Data we process
Depending on how you use Wizzur, we may process:
- Account data (name, email, password hash, optional phone)
- Consent records (accepted terms/privacy versions, time, IP address, user agent)
- Organization and workspace content you create (projects, tasks, comments, files metadata)
- Technical logs required for security and operations
- Push subscription endpoints (browser push service URL and keys) if you enable notifications on a device. These are stored so we can send alerts when the app is closed. You can turn this off in Profile → App & alerts.

3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide the service (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR), to meet legal obligations (Art. 6 (1)(c)), and where necessary for legitimate interests such as security and product integrity (Art. 6 (1)(f)). Where we rely on consent (Art. 6 (1)(a)), you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
4. Storage and recipients
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers as needed to operate Wizzur. We do not sell personal data. Recipients may include hosting, email, and object-storage processors bound by appropriate agreements.
5. Retention
We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account or organization requires the service, and afterward as needed for legal claims, security, or statutory retention duties.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. Organization owners/admins can download a JSON export of organization workspace data from Settings. To exercise rights, contact info@web-hive.de. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
