1. Controller
This policy explains how Web Hive UG (haftungsbeschränkt) uses cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage and session storage) when you use Wizzur.

2. What we use
Wizzur primarily uses browser storage (localStorage / sessionStorage), not classic HTTP cookies, for authentication and workspace features. Under the German TDDDG and the GDPR, accessing information stored on your device still requires a lawful basis — consent for non-essential storage, and necessity for storage that is strictly required to provide the service you request.
We currently do not use third-party analytics or marketing cookies.
3. Categories
- Strictly necessary (always active): Required to run the website and provide the logged-in service securely. These cannot be switched off.
- Preferences: Remember choices such as color theme so the interface feels consistent on return visits.
- Analytics — not currently used: Help us understand how the product is used. Wizzur does not currently set analytics cookies.
- Marketing — not currently used: Used for advertising and remarketing. Wizzur does not currently set marketing cookies.

5. Legal bases
Strictly necessary storage is used to provide the service you request (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, on the basis of § 25 (2) TDDDG (storage strictly necessary to provide a telemedia service expressly requested by the user).
Preferences (for example theme) are stored only with your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR / § 25 (1) TDDDG). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future via Cookie settings.
6. Managing your choices

You can also clear site data in your browser. Clearing storage will sign you out and reset preferences.
7. Updates
We may update this policy when our storage practices change. The version date above shows the current revision. Material changes may prompt the consent banner again.
